As our club numbers grow, the need for better management and communication grows stronger. Over the past few years, we've been building up our board of directors, committees, parent coordinators and coaching staff to a higher level of organization.

In this message, we are publishing an excerpt of our Club Handbook (currently undergoing a major revision) that contains all the major contact information for the club. Have a good look as it also identifies what the committee roles are. With over 140 family members in the club, it is imperative that we communicate effectively and direct the inquiries to the right people. Here are a couple points to kick this off:

• In person and over the telephone is still the preferred way to communicate and should be done whenever possible.
• If emailing, do your best to contact the correct person so you can get the best and most timely information.
• Keep in mind that club directors, coordinators and coaching staff contribute their personal time to the sport and club.
• Coaches should be addressed about specific programming and technical information.
• All other inquiries should be filtered through the parent coordinator to lessen the coaches off-snow club obligations.
• Please do your best to follow the updates on the website on a weekly and raceline on a daily basis.
• If it's a sensitive issue you would like to bring up, please give 24 hrs and avoid email.
