Partner Agreement, Code of Conduct and Rules of Fair Play
Our recently formed Club Vision and Mission directs us to address the expectations of behaviour and engagement for all parties in the club. With that in mind, this agreement sets the standard of conduct from Athletes, Coaches, Parents and Administration.
Please open and save the document (updated Oct, 2009) by clicking here. Read through it carefully and then spend some time talking with your kid(s) on what the points really mean to them. The understanding of the agreement is of utmost importance for the success of our club as a whole. Additionally, it forms a standard to which we can measure the interaction with the racers on and off snow.
By completing your online membership renewal or new registration, you indicate that you have read and understood the agreement. After reading and understanding the agreement, please sign and mail in the signature page to the club address stated in the contact page of the website. Alternatively, you may hand it to our membership director directly at one of the club events. The signed form is mandatory for each child that takes part in our programs and needs to be done with each year's membership renewal.
