Please review 2010/2011 membership and insurance details and costs by visiting the Member Information page before you attempt to renew or register.
Membership Renewal (new members scroll down)
Existing members can easily renew their membership:

Log on to the web site and go to the "Registration" link on the left-hand side of the site under the "Member Menu" heading.

You will then be prompted to extend individual insurance registration. Please ensure you click on the "Expired" link beside each family member's name. Make sure you select the correct insurance category for each family member! (Note: The parent PA category was removed for this season). Example family category sign-up:
Parent 1 : Registration Type : General Member : Volunteer Type : Social Events
Parent 2 : Registration Type : General Member : Volunteer Type : Communications
Child 1 (DOB 2002-07-16) : Registration Type : E1
Child 2 (DOB 1998-12-08) : Registration Type : K1
Child 3 (DOB 1996-03-22) : Registration Type : K2

Once you have completed the membership and insurance renewal, please go to the "Check-Out" to complete the payment. We only accept VISA and MasterCard, and their associated payment processing fees are added to all registration costs.
If you require any corrections to the membership categories, please email web.admin@grousetyee.com before making a payment.
Once you have paid for your membership registration fees, you will be eligible to enroll in any applicable programs. Program registration (NGSL, MtnStar, KStar, K1, K2, etc) will begin in mid October. We will post additional information when the programs are set.
Each page in the registration system has a question-mark (?) icon at the top of the page that will give instructions as to what you need to do on the page. If you need further assistance, please contact the Web Administrator web.admin@grousetyee.com.
New Member Registration
In order to register as a Grouse Mountain Tyee Ski Club member please do the following:

Create your Grouse Tyee membership account by clicking on the "Sign Up" button on the left-hand side of the site under the "Member Login" heading. This account log in becomes your access point to all registration functions as well as the buy/sell, photos and event signup page.

Once you have logged in, you need to add your family members for insurance purposes by clicking on the "Registration" link on the left-hand side of the site under the "Member Menu" heading. Please ensure that all information is correctly entered in your registration information, and ensure you select the appropriate registration categories. Example family category sign-up:

Once you have finished adding all individuals, you may pay for your membership registration and insurance fees online by clicking on the "Check-Out" link on the left-hand side of the site under the "Member Menu" heading. You will then be sent to the Moneris eSELECT Plus Hosted PayPage to process payment for your fees. You will need to enter the cardholders name and the card number correctly. We ONLY accept VISA and MasterCard, and their associated payment processing fees are added to all club costs.
Any corrections to the membership or individual insurance categories must be done before proceeding to payment!
