DEADLINE: March 25, 2010. There will only be 1 deadline as we need to finalize plans asap and send in the race entries.

Transportation: We will be carpooling for this event. For those offering to carpool, please ensure you are at Horseshoe Bay Ferry by 6AM (or prior) to catch the 6:30am ferry. Also, we recommend making ferry reservations as this is Easter Weekend. For those in team accommodation, include a bagged lunch & snack for the outbound trip. Return trip will be after awards on Sunday (time TBC). Parents of team lodging kids should meet kids at the Horseshoe Bay ferry terminal for pick up (arrival time and details TBC).
Accommodations & Chaperones: For those who chose team accommodation, we have booked 2 units for 14 athletes and 3 units for coaches at Bear Lodge. Scott Boyd and Valerie Henderson will be our chaperones. Families who opted out of team lodging will be responsible for their own transportation and accommodation.
Team Food: For those in team accommodation, please let us know in advance if your child has food allergies. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks will be included once they arrive on the mountain.
Packing: SG, GS and SL skis should be packed. They need to be race tuned and ready. Helmet, chin guards, shin guards, goggles, gloves, race suits and all other regular training/racing items need to be packed. All equipment should be checked prior to departure and will not be able to get checked or repaired. Be prepared for all weather conditions. See packing list attached.

Please choose your option carefully. If you already advised Lee-Ann you would like team accommodation, please select the appropriate K1 or K2 TEAM option. If you are going as a family, select the appropriate K1 or K2 INDV option. The estimated fee covers coaching fees/exp, race entry and lift tickets. For those in team, it also covers cost of lodging and food. To confirm your space, please register and pay online asap.
Awards: Presented each day after the race.
Grouse Reciprocal Pass: For those families planning to be at this race, bring your Grouse Pass to receive 25% discount on lift tickets. The racers have their lift tickets included but the rest of the family can enjoy this reciprocal discount.
