Currency & Payment Options
All transactions, fees, and payments on the Grouse Mountain Tyee Ski Club website are handled in Canadian Dollars ($CAD).
Returns & Refunds
Membership, insurance, competitor and any associated fees and donations are totally non-refundable.
Program fees are only refundable for medical reasons.
The refund will be subject to a 100$ administration fee and pro-rated as per schedule below.
Any program fees to be refunded will be done within one month from receiving a written application for refund accompanied by a medical doctor's certificate.

Event registration fees are non refundable, except for medical reasons stated before the earlybird deadline. In some cases, individually incurred costs (entry fees, lift tickets) may be refundable.
